SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
- We currently offer free worldwide standard shipping.
- We also offer express shipping for some countries.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship internationally.
How do I track my package?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking number. If you haven't received that email, check your Spam folder or contact us at support@YourDealMo.com.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- It normally takes 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and 2 weeks for orders to be delivered after dispatch (if you choose Standard Tracked Shipping).
- For Express Tracked Shipping, it takes 5 to 7 days for orders to be delivered after dispatch.
Where are your products shipped from?
- All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China or in the U.S.
Will there be custom duties?
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.
- We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
